Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

 The expected time limit due to holidays, weather, traffic control, resources and other reasons will vary from date to date time query, the specific system to real-time return shall prevail.

Precautions before shipment

If the client chooses 1-3 business day for quick production, the artist does not need to send the facial rendering to the client for confirmation. The artist will produce and ship directly within 24 hours.

If the client indicates that he/she needs to see a sample before placing the order, the artist will delay the revision time by no less than 24 hours accordingly. The customer will be responsible for any delay in viewing samples.

When customers choose 13 working days for handmade, we will send the face design by email to get customers approved. If customer don't get back within 36 hours, we will default you to approve our design and complete the production.

WHERE DOES MYDEDOR BOBBLEHEADS DELIVER?

U.S.: We ship orders to all 50 U.S. states (and Washington D.C.) Monday – Friday, except public holidays. Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

 

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched on business days. Please note: this can take longer during promotional sales.

 

As soon as your order is packed we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

 

You will also be able to track your order in your account.

 

TAX AND DUTIES

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and itemized on the Checkout page. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

 

We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.

 

Once your order arrives at its destination, you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes for the location that you’re shipping to.
